Alfa Laval stainless steel plate heat exchanger mounted in a heavy-duty stainless steel support frame. The unit contains approximately (80) heat transfer plates measuring approximately 18" wide x 60" high, providing an estimated 600 square feet of heat transfer surface area. Equipped with (2) lower process connections consisting of 4" ports reduced to approximately 2-1/2", and an upper 4" elbow connection transitioning to a 6" diameter flanged pipe. Includes stainless steel piping, pneumatic valve assembly, and open-frame support. Suitable for sanitary heating, cooling, pasteurization, heat recovery, and product-to-product heat transfer applications in food, beverage, dairy, brewing, winery, pharmaceutical, and general process industries.
