USED PROTEINSIMPLE ELLA AUTOMATED IMMUNOASSAY ANALYZER

The ProteinSimple Ella™ Automated Immunoassay Analyzer is a fully automated microfluidic immunoassay platform that simplifies protein biomarker analysis using Simple Plex® cartridges. Unlike traditional ELISA workflows, Ella automates sample loading, standard curve generation, incubation, washing, detection, and data analysis, delivering highly reproducible quantitative results in less than 90 minutes with minimal hands-on time.

The system utilizes factory-calibrated, single-use microfluidic cartridges that provide triplicate measurements for every sample while requiring only 2.5–25 µL of sample. Ella is widely used in immunology, oncology, inflammation research, cell and gene therapy, biomarker discovery, and pharmaceutical development.
