The Gibco™ CTS™ Rotea™ Counterflow Centrifugation System is a compact, automated closed-system cell processing platform designed for cell therapy research, process development, and GMP manufacturing. Using proprietary counterflow centrifugation and DirectDraw™ extraction technology, the system enables gentle cell washing, concentration, buffer exchange, and separation while maintaining high cell recovery and viability.
