USED AAPPTEC TITAN 357
Overview
Description
The AAPPTec Titan 357 Automated Combinatorial Peptide Synthesizer is a high-throughput solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) platform designed for split-and-combine combinatorial peptide library generation, parallel peptide synthesis, and scale-up peptide production. The system automates peptide synthesis using dual robotic arms for precise reagent delivery and resin transfer, enabling researchers to efficiently generate peptide libraries containing thousands to millions of compounds.
The Titan 357 can operate in three modes: split-and-combine library synthesis, parallel synthesis of up to 36 individual peptides, or large-scale single peptide synthesis using its 500 mL reaction vessel. It is widely used in pharmaceutical research, drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, epitope mapping, and peptide screening.
