The Terumo BCT FINIA® Fill and Finish System is a fully automated, functionally closed benchtop system designed to automate the final formulation and fill-and-finish stage of cell and gene therapy manufacturing. It performs controlled mixing, cooling, cryoprotectant addition, air removal, aliquoting, and automated sealing while minimizing manual intervention and reducing contamination risk.

Designed for both suspension and adherent cell products, the FINIA system supports autologous and allogeneic cell therapy workflows, including CAR-T, stem cell, NK cell, and gene therapy manufacturing. It utilizes sterile, gamma-irradiated single-use tubing sets and electronic batch recording to facilitate cGMP-compliant manufacturing and improve process consistency.
