The Cytiva Xcellerex™ XDUO 500L is an intelligent 500-liter single-use mixing system designed for clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing. It is a plug-and-play platform featuring onboard automation, inline sensing, load cells, and process control for automated preparation of buffers, media, intermediates, formulations, and other process fluids. The XDUO system minimizes cleaning and validation requirements by using disposable mixing bags while enabling rapid setup and reliable GMP manufacturing. It integrates with existing production lines and the Xcellerex™ FlexFactory™ automation platform for fully automated processing.
