NC Controlled automatic step-by-step, boring, glue injection & dowel insertion into panel components, drawer parts, chair pieces, etc. at random spacing.
X-axis work area,1300 mm (51"). Y-axis, (depth) max. 40 mm (1.57"), Z-axis (thickness manual setting) max. 40 mm (1.57") - positioning speed 164 FPM (50 MPM).
PC Controller with Windows operating system, flat screen color monitor, industrial keyboard, mouse, 40GIG hard drive; USB port; bar code scanner; (4) working zones, retractable center fence, useful for processing smaller parts like drawers, stretchers etc. One (1) 1-HP NC controlled horizontal drilling unit, gluing and (1) dowel insertion unit.
(1) 8-Liter cap. high pressure glue tank, (1) 8-liter cap. water tank (for cleaning), (1) Vibratory Dowel Hopper, (4) pneumatic hold-down clamps.
