SCM "Action P" Case Clamp (2024)

ACTION P is a front loading electric clamp with reinforced framework of thick steel protected by epoxy priming and polyurethane two-component paint
The clamp is capable of obtaining extremely strong operating pressures that guarantee closing of boxes with up to 5 dowels per shelf (each side) and multiple shelves.
(6) Interlocking horizontal bars with (7) Vertical bars for closing the clamp
Rack and pinion guides at all (4) corners of the top platen and side pressor keep the all sides square
Machine is supplied with front and rear photo cell barriers
Sizes of box can be input for efficient cycle control when running repetitive box closings
The vertical and horizontal pressure is adjustable according to the type of furniture to be assembled
Pressure supplied by infinitely adjustable brushless electro-motors
Touchscreen panel with software by CPC in order to program cycles
Maximum box width: 98.4" (7.8" minimum)
Maximum box height: 49.2" (8.7" minimum)
Maximum box depth: 31.5" (4" minimum)
Worktable height: 24"
