Wash Tank #1 features an approximately 60" wide x 11' long x 30" deep wash tank with approximately 36" diameter x 58" wide perforated rotating dunk reel, chiller pump tank, HR zone pump, integrated controls, side-mounted blower, spray manifold, sanitary process piping, undermounted process pump, and approximately 52" wide x 8' long dewatering conveyor with blue open-mesh belt. Wash Tank #2, Order No. 980004/800, manufactured in 2008, features an approximately 60" wide x 10' long x 30" deep wash tank with perforated rotating dunk reel, chiller pump, HR zone pump, sanitary process piping, integrated controls, and (2) approximately 48" wide x 15' long incline dewatering conveyors equipped with blue open-mesh belts, feed spray bars, dual air knife drying systems with centrifugal blowers, washdown-duty drives, and stainless steel support frames.
