Overview
Dual bed gas-fired roasting system consisting of (2) stainless steel roasting beds measuring 12' long x 6' wide x 3' deep each. Each roasting bed features a perforated stainless steel product pan with 1/4" perforations, dual hinged access doors on each side, and lower access doors for inspection and cleaning. The system includes independent temperature controllers for each roasting bed, a 15 HP blower with 30" diameter fan, approximately 177" wide x 26" high air discharge plenum, and a single Eclipse gas train and burner assembly supplying both roasting beds through rear-mounted fireboxes with (2) 10" x 10" heat inlet connections. Each roasting bed is equipped with a 20" x 6" top exhaust opening.
