Overview
Hobart Model HBA2G stainless steel rotary rack oven designed for high-volume commercial bakery production. Features a rotating rack baking system with programmable digital controls including automatic on/off timer, bake timer, steam timer, airflow delay, vent control, cool-down cycle, and multi-step baking programs. Natural gas-fired with a rated heat input of 300,000 BTU/hr. Includes (2) stainless steel rotary bakery racks and stainless steel exhaust hood. Suitable for baking breads, artisan loaves, rolls, buns, pastries, cookies, muffins, bagels, and other baked products.
