Ingredient Dosing System
Overview
A Micro-ingredient dosing system for delicate ingredients in powder or delicate granules where high and constant dosing precision is required.
Completely made of stainless steel, this system can be more or less complex and can handle from one to multiple ingredients. The star build arrangement allows for maximum working efficiency while occupying as little space as possible, making cleaning and maintenance easy.
The system in its essence consists of:
Storage unit of variable capacity.
Homogenization and dosing unit.
Extraction and transport of the dosed product.
The loading of the tanks can be done manually or pneumatically according to the customer’s requests.
