Chocolate Mould Spinning Machine
Overview
GAMI chocolate mould spinning machines come with 4 or 8 arms equipped with magnets to support molds of three-dimensional subjects weighing respectively 1 kg (RT4) or 10 kg (RT8) per arm. Thanks to the rotation on two axes and the vibration, controlled separately, the chocolate is distributed uniformly inside the mold. The movement of the arms is equipped with a safety clutch. In the RT8 model there are two fans for initial cooling of the product.
