Thanks to the exclusive “One Shot” technology on which the machine is based, the dosing of the chocolate to create the shell of the product and the dosing of the filling occur simultaneously, with a notable saving of time and an objective reduction in costs. Furthermore, cutting-edge software ensures simple and intuitive management of the machine, also thanks to a graphic interface equipped with a special recipe menu for choosing the type of product. The materials used, such as anodized and hardened aluminum and stainless steel, confirm the quality of the machine. The dosing machine can be equipped with heated and removable red silicone resistors to be applied to the two hoppers in order to keep the chocolate and any creams used at the temperature. Not only that, every single part that makes up the machine can be dismantled quickly and easily for convenient washing in a special washer in order to minimize the time required for production changes.
