-With this spare parts package on hand, coupled with our support videos – any potential downtime in the future, for any reason, can be reduced to 30 minutes or less. Critical for time-sensitive operations (ISCA will naturally replace any parts used that are under the 24 mth warranty period). Having the parts on hand simply removes the 48 hour wait time for delivery + allows for faster diagnosis of the issue by swapping new parts in, saving alot of time and hassle on diagnosing and/or calling out service techs.
