Overview
A versatile volumetric stainless steel depositor.
Designed to be used solely in conjunction with a handgun and the various handgun attachments to perform: depositing, injection, layering, and decoration.
Mounted on a mobile, heavy-duty, non-adjustable height frame for easy filling of the hopper.
Applications:
-Depositing of cake batter, muffins, jam, jelly, fruit filling, cream, mousse, meringue, ice cream, yoghurt, soup, sauce, mashed potatoes, ground meats, salad
-Injection of eclairs, berliners, donuts and profiteroles
-Decoration
