Butter + Paste Press

Ram’s hydraulic dough pastry blocking presses are suitable for pastry, butter and other doughs, the machines work as a standalone unit and can aid many types of production by blocking out dough ready for further processing, such as sheeting and lamination.
Available with Semi-Automatic or Automatic controls, the machines feature a large 23kg capacity with the pressing chamber being over 400 x 500 mm in size and 140mm deep.
They are available in the standard grey paint finish or optional stainless steel casing.
