Butter + Cheese Cutter
Overview
The ISCA Cheese/Butter Blocker has been designed to accept blocks of cheddar cheese 44lb (20kg) or butter 55lb (25kg) with the max dimensions: 15.7 x 11.8 x 11.8” (400 x 300 x 300 mm)and reduce them into loaves for further processing. It can output approximately 1 blocks per minute = 2640lb (1200kg) per hour.

-Stainless steel type 304
-Pneumatically operated with safety interlocking.
-Supplied with stainless steel self-levelling feet or lockable castors.
-Removable cassette wire frame assembly.
-One person operation.
-Cuts blocks (Max Block Size in mm = 400L x 300W x 300H) into the following sizes:
Length x 25 x 25 mm
or 50 x 50 mm
or 50 x 100 mm
or 100 x 100 mm
or 100 x 200 mm
or 100 x 300 mm
or 50 x 300 mm
