Overview
Specifications: 51" max. cap., (1) Carousel head assembly with (4) counter-rotating arbors each
mounted on a central rotating drive assembly.
~~ Carousel rotation 3 to 16 RPM 1.5 HP motor; arbor/spindles are 14" long and oscillate side-to-side with a 2-3/8" stroke.
~~ 300 to 1,200 RPM variable spindle speed with LED readouts for each head on control panel.
~~ 4-spindle head assembly with a 5 HP motor, each arbor holds a combination of (33) 12" dia. Quick-Discs & nylon brush loadings mounted on an angle to create side-to-side oscillation.
~~ Feed-thru conveyor belt in excellent condition, variable feed speed 6 to 46 FPM, 2 HP feed drive, 0" to 4" part thickness.
~~ Totally enclosed with dust collection hook-ups.
