USED Gabler-KG WLS GABLER Mirrored Extruder System

Used WLS Gabler spheronizing pelletizing line designed for extrusion-spheronization applications. System includes dual DE40/100 40 mm co-rotating twin screw extruders feeding a single Type R600 spheronizer. Suitable for producing uniform pellets or beads for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, personal care, chemical, and related processing applications. System features stainless steel product contact surfaces, two TA800/2 agitated twin discharge screw feeders, two 40 mm twin screw extruders with right-hand and left-hand configurations, die plates, and DO-50 feeders. Each extruder is driven by a 3 kW motor. Extruders discharge into a stainless steel feed hopper with bottom slide gate valve feeding the Type R600 spheronizer. Spheronizer has a 600 mm diameter disk and is driven by a 3.7 kW motor. Extruder serial numbers: 12885 and 12806. Spheronizer serial number: 12808.
