USED 10 HOTWIRE FOAM CUTTING MACHINE

This is a CNC hot wire foam cutting machine designed for shaping EPS and XPS foam using a heated wire cutting process. The machine features a flatbed table with two pairs of independently actuated vertical towers, allowing coordinated multi-axis wire positioning for contoured foam cutting. This configuration is typically used for applications such as architectural foam molding, lost-foam casting patterns, foam signage, and insulation panel shaping.
The machine is operated via a CNC control system (RONGCHI Technology RC-DK5A), providing programmable multi-axis positioning for repeatable cutting profiles.
