USED SUGAR BEET FACTORY 6,000 TPD

Used complete beet sugar factory designed for approximately 6,000 TPD beet processing capacity, reportedly expandable up to 9,000 TPD with additional equipment.

Main process sections include beet receiving and washing, stone and sand removal, weed removal, beet slicing, extraction, pulp pressing, juice purification, evaporation, filtration, crystallization, centrifuging, sugar drying, packaging, lime kiln, boiler house, turbine house, molasses station, and beet analysis laboratory.
- Extraction section includes 6,000 TPD Krupp Cossette mixer and Krupp extraction tower, plus idle 3,000 TPD extraction tower and Cossette mixer equipment.
- Pulp handling includes Babbini pulp presses, consisting of (3) Babbini B3-280M-250-1500 A presses and (1) Babbini B3-280M-110-1500 A press.
- Juice purification includes liming and carbonation tanks, (4) membrane filter presses rated 86.5 m², and thick juice filtration.
- Evaporation system includes multiple evaporators from first through fifth stage, with heating surface areas from 1,500 m² to 2,500 m² per unit.
- Crystallization/refinery section includes batch centrifuges, continuous centrifuges by Pierralisi and BMA, vacuum pans, crystallizers, Hayward stainless steel filters, and 500 TPD crystal sugar drying trommel.
- Utilities include two lime kilns, boiler house with 100 TPH, 50 TPH, and 16 TPH steam boilers, and turbine house with Siemens back-pressure turbo generators: (2) x 2 MW at 25 bar and (1) x 6.4 MW at 40 bar.
- Packaging section includes Chronos automatic weighing, filling, sewing, and tumble filling systems.
Molasses station includes heated storage tanks.
