NEW 2026 BLOAPCO 3CXS 4085HF HORIZONTAL FRONT FEED SHREDDER

The BloApCo Model 3CXS 4085HF is a new horizontal front-feed shredder designed for efficient waste reduction in demanding industrial environments. It utilizes proprietary Pierce-and-Tear technology to manage a variety of materials with low dust and noise. This heavy-duty shredder is equipped with a 40 HP, 3-phase, 460V TEFC motor, and features such as a shaft-mounted gear reducer and a durable roller chain drive.

Built to operate continuously, the 3CXS 4085HF includes a 78” x 85” rubber belted horizontal infeed conveyor and innovative CXS ripper wheels for optimal performance. The intelligent load management system, with auto-reverse capabilities, prevents jams and protects the drivetrain. Additional features include an instantaneous overload relay and a rectangular to round discharge fitting with a safety access door.

The shredder's design supports handling materials like corrugated boxes, paper cores, packaging waste, and bulky production scrap. An air-lubricated discharge plenum and a 25-4 fan powered by a 10 HP motor ensure efficient waste processing, all housed in a NEMA 12 enclosure with a pushbutton operator station. The machine offers a three-year warranty, underscoring its reliability and suitability for heavy industrial applications.
