The SCIEX Eksigent ekspert™ nanoLC 425 is a high-performance nanoflow and microflow UHPLC system designed specifically for high-sensitivity LC-MS applications. Engineered to integrate seamlessly with SCIEX TripleTOF® and QTRAP® mass spectrometers, the system delivers exceptional chromatographic reproducibility and ultra-low flow performance for proteomics, metabolomics, peptide mapping, and biomarker discovery.

The system features a binary gradient syringe pump, integrated loading pump, temperature-controlled autosampler, heated column compartment, and precise low-flow fluidics capable of operating from 100 nL/min to 10 µL/min, with loading flows up to 50 µL/min. It is compatible with Analyst® software and can also interface with Thermo Xcalibur® for LC-MS workflows.
