Overview
The 2026 Titan Conveyors Slider-Bed Infeed Model 308 is designed for high efficiency in recycling, baling, and shredding operations. It features a 48-inch wide, 15-foot long black PVC belt with 2-inch high cleats spaced 36 inches apart, operating at a speed of 30 feet per minute. This model is powered by a 1 HP motor compatible with 240/480 V three-phase systems and includes a NORD 60:1 reducer, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
Constructed with a formed #12 gauge steel frame, the conveyor is equipped with regreaseable bearings and 12-inch high siderails for enhanced durability and containment. The adjustable support system offers flexibility, with a 24-inch top of belt at the infeed and a 90-inch clear at the discharge. The feed hopper is designed for easy loading with a 44-inch height from the floor to the top.
Safety features include a non-reversing starter with an E-stop mounted near the starter for emergency shut-off. The conveyor also comes with a one-year factory warranty covering parts and labor, ensuring dependable service in demanding industrial environments.
