USED REICHERT REICHERT 4SPR

The Reichert® 4SPR is a four-channel Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) system designed for real-time, label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions. It enables researchers to measure binding affinity, association and dissociation kinetics, concentration, and thermodynamic parameters without fluorescent or radioactive labels.

The system features four independent measurement channels, allowing multiple experimental configurations such as three sample channels with one reference, two sample/reference pairs, or four independent analyses. It supports proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, lipids, carbohydrates, viruses, bacteria, nanoparticles, and even crude biological samples. The 2021 systems include enhanced software with guided workflows, integrated data analysis, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for regulated laboratories.
