USED PHENOSPEX B.V. PLANTEYE F500

The Phenospex PlantEye F500 is a multispectral 3D laser scanner designed for automated, non-destructive plant phenotyping in laboratories, greenhouses, growth chambers, and field environments. The system combines high-resolution 3D laser scanning with multispectral imaging (RGB + NIR) to simultaneously capture plant morphology and physiological characteristics in a single scan. It generates detailed 3D point clouds and calculates plant traits such as height, biomass, leaf area, NDVI, and chlorophyll-related indices without moving or damaging the plant. The PlantEye F500 has since been superseded by the PlantEye F600, but it remains widely used in research laboratories and breeding programs.
