The dust collection baghouse is a CR288-12 manufactured by Kice Industries. The 288 represents the number of dust collection socks in the bin and each of those is about 12 feet long. This provides just over 4000 square feet of filter surface. Each bin is roughly 43 feet tall and 12 feet across. O one filter was focused on the milling and bagging system while the other was focused on the receiving, storage, and conveying system. They are designed to move 30,000-40,000 CFM of air. The bagging system is a Taylor IBC-3000. It is a double system to bag on both sides. Additionally, both sides have automatic pallet feeders with them. The hammermill is a Bliss Eliminator. It has a 60 inch mill chamber and a 300 hp motor on it. It also has a Jeffrey Rader vibratory feeder.
