The BloApCo 3CXS 40110HF Horizontal Front Feed Shredder is a newly engineered solution for efficient waste management in industrial operations. It features the unique Pierce-and-Tear shredding technology, which slowly pulls, pierces, and tears materials, thereby minimizing dust and noise while optimizing energy consumption. The shredder's robust 40 HP, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 460V motor is designed for continuous operation, and it includes a heavy-duty roller chain drive with a shaft-mounted gear reducer for reliable performance.

The shredder is equipped with a 78” long by 110" wide rubber belted horizontal infeed conveyor, integrated with a safety overweight plate to handle varying load demands. Advanced features include CXS ripper wheels, heavy-duty spherical roller bearings, and an auto jog reverse function that provides intelligent monitoring and load management. Additionally, the system is complemented by an air-lubricated discharge plenum, a 10 HP TEFC motor, and an instantaneous overload relay for efficient operation and equipment protection.
