Suitable for high-speed welding and cutting processes, the Fanuc ARC Mate 120iB is a six-axis robotic arm that is servo-driven. The Fanuc 120iB RJ3iB welding robot provides accurate and consistent path performance based on its simple and reliable construction.
NOTES:
CELL IS IN TWO MAIN COMPONENT PIECES. THERE IS FABRICATED BASE THAT BOTH THE ROBOT ARM
AND INDEX TABLE IS MOUNTED TO. THERE IS A SEPARATE FABRICATED FRAME THAT HOLDS THE ROBOT
CONTROLLER WITH THE LINCOLN 455M WELDING POWER SUPPLY BENEATH THE ROBOT CONTROLLER.
THE FENCING AND SUPPORT POSTS ARE ON A SEPARATE SKID TO BE LOADED OUT WITH CELL.
