X-Ray and conveyor controls are located on the left side when viewed from the in-feed. Conveyor is mounted on bolt down leveling pads with± 3.00 adjustment. Single source power supply 22011160@ 20 amps. Equipped with heavy duty curtains and stainless steel product guides (in-feed only). Upon detection of contaminant, the out-feed end roller will retract 14" to create a gap in the line into which contaminated product will fall into a reject bin below, reject confirmation bin full sensors with reject alarm with push button reset. Air requirements(with reject): 85 psi@ 5 cfm. Lockable stainless steel reject bin on caster wheels.
