Palace MD# CB-42/H-15 Pump Orientator
Overview
One (1) used Palace Packaging Machines, Inc. Model CB-42/H-15 fully automatic finger pump orientator . Designed to automatically unscramble 24 mm finger pump with threaded closure, pump safety lock and 95 mm dip tube as measured from bottom of cap. Features 42" diameter centrifugal sorter with individual disk and sorting ring drives, pneumatic sorting jets and photo eye control for feed elevator, short belt conveyor discharge moving pump longitudinally to 24" long "uniplace" orienting rolls on adjustable mounting with independent drive designed to orient pump with dip tube up from tapered cap, inverting feed chute captures pump to transport to end of chute using pneumatic jets and vibrator, includes bulk hopper and inclined feed elevator powered from sorter control panel, 115 volt/one phase. Unit shows no evidence of use. Formerly designed for cosmetic packaging.
