Overview
One (1) USED PACE Model M-300 Empty Bottle Unscrambler with Hopper-Elevator Feeder. This unit features stainless steel construction, a 36” diameter sorting bowl disc, right-hand configuration (left to right container flow), factory rated speeds (up to) 250 CPM. Capable of handling container sizes (min-max) 30cc to 2500cc, container Materials: HDPE, PET, PP, container shapes cylindrical, oval, square, rectangular. Last running 12oz round bottles. Unscrambler has (6) threaded leveler legs, discharge conveyor height 36” (adjustable), dimensions 102” L x 42” W x 52” H. Unscrambler electrical 120 Volt, 1 Ph, 60 Hz, 9.0 Amp. This unit includes 30 cubic foot hopper-elevator feeder, dimensions 48” L x 48” W x 33” Deep stainless steel hopper bin, approximate 30 cubic foot hopper capacity. This unit features hinged Lexan top hopper covers, 12” wide cleated belt with 3” cleats, cleats 6.5” on center, hopper has (4) locking casters for portability. Hopper drive motor 1/8 HP, 90 volt DC, hopper powered by unscrambler control panel. Hopper Dimensions 96” L x 48” W x 92” H.
