This is a fully automatic bottle unscrambler that features stainless steel construction, a 48” diameter orienting disc sorter bowl, integrated hopper elevator with live bottom pre-feed, 24 cubic foot capacity, 16” wide cleated hopper elevator belt, 3” cleats, 15” on center,  container discharge elevation 35” (adjustable). Complete with Allen Bradley Micrologix 1000 controller and operator controls with e-stop. Bottle size range 1" to 5-1/4" dia. x up to 9" bottle height (rounds).
