This machine features, pick & place cap delivery (cap is delivered to the chuck, chuck comes down holding the cap, prevents cross-threading) ACASI magnetic clutch capping head Model MJ90 (magnetic with jaws), fully adjustable from 7 inch to 14 inch high containers, includes existing capping chuck for a 58mm plastic screw cap, Includes existing 12 pocket bottle change parts for a 2.5” diameter round container, automatic start and stop with presence or absence of containers, left to right operation, 2 Hp Ac motor with frequency drive speed controls, complete height adjustment with bottle setting guide for quick changeovers, adjustable cap chute & cap pick-off mechanism, rotary cap sorter feeder, 4.5” Wide x 72” Long Stainless Steel Conveyor with Leeson 1/3 HP Drive Motor.
