One (1) Unused Bethlehem Co. "Porcupine" Processor Vacuum Dryer, Model 1P1810JTB. T316L Stainless Steel 18" diameter x 10' long single agitator shaft, cored and rated 50 psi @ 260°f. T304 stainless steel trough, rated full vacuum @ 260°f. Carbon steel jacket on exterior of trough, rated 50 psi @ 260°f. Total heat transfer area 117.6 sqft. Center bottom discharge outlet. 15 hp drive motor. DCE Dalamatic insertable filter housing mounted on top. Johnson rotary joint. Unit equipped w/packing glands. Jacket has (3) 2" pipe, (2) 1" pipe fitting. Shell has (2) 1" flange, (5) 2" flange & (1) 4" flange fitting. 11" S/S manually operated butterfly valve and 6" S/S manually operated ball discharge valve. Unit has rotary joint on cord shaft, mounted on steel frame 9" high w/36 tooth sprocket. Drive sprocket is 12 tooth on 31.42 to 1 ratio reducer. Svc factor 1.72. Coupled to 15 hp 3ph 60cyc 230/460v 1760 rpm XP motor.
