This sterilizer utilizes a built-in temperature control which maintains 121°C (250°F). Model STME-L provides an adjustable temperature control which can be set between 110° and 121°C (230° to 250°F). Unit reaches sterilizing temperature in 8-10 minutes. Pressure automatically exhausted, power shut off at cycle completion; slow exhaust may be selected for sterilizing liquids. Aluminum sterilizing cylinder’s interior dimensions 16” diameter x 26” long; volume is 3 cubic feet; exterior is polished stainless steel. Stainless steel door is self-sealing; cannot be opened during sterilization. Dimensions: 13” x 11”.
