USED MILLIPORE MOBIUS FLEXREADY

The Millipore Mobius® FlexReady® Smart Single-Use TFF System is a fully automated tangential flow filtration (TFF) platform designed for ultrafiltration and diafiltration (UF/DF) of monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, plasma-derived products, recombinant proteins, and other biologics. The system utilizes Smart Flexware® disposable flow-path assemblies to provide a closed, single-use processing environment that minimizes cross-contamination, reduces cleaning validation, and accelerates product changeover.

The platform supports Pellicon® cassettes and capsules, offers recipe-driven automation through the Common Control Platform (CCP®), and is designed for clinical, pilot, and commercial-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing. It shares a common hardware and software architecture with other Mobius FlexReady downstream processing systems, simplifying operator training and validation.
