Description: One pre owned Aaron Process 7 CFT Stainless Steel Ribbon Blender. Unit features all Stainless Steel construction with polished food grade finish. Mixing chamber is 36"L X 24"W X 27"Deep. All internal welds are ground and polished to food grade standards. Air purged shaft seals by Meco. Removable double ribbon agitator via bolt in stub shafts on both ends of blender main shaft. 6" Center bottom discharge with air operated swing valve. Full removable dump grate with safety interlock station. Hinged one piece cover. 5 Hp, Motor by Baldor, belt driven Dodge on shaft gear reducer, two piece stainless steel belt guarrd with hinged bottom, flanged bolt on discharge hopper to 12" round outlet with discharge safety grate. Motor is UL rated for hazardous locations under class 1/groups C&D, Class 1, Zone 1, Groups 11B & 11A. 230/460/190/380 volt, 1750,1450 RPM, 50/60 Hz. Overall dimensions 7'L X 3'W. Formerly used in food manufacturing.
