Description: One pre owned Thomas Burkhart 60 Gallon Jacketed Kettle with Scraper Agitation.
Machine features all stainless steel construction, single motion custom built scraper agitation with hinged nylon scraper blades and bottom nylon sleeved pintle in stand off mount over discharge.
32 Inch diameter X 24 Inch deep, 2 Inch center bottom discharge with 2 Inch male NPT connection and 20 Inch floor clearance
Jacketed body has no rating and in house tested at 20 PSI
Agitator is mounted from central 7 Inch wide bridge with 2 HP Baldor Motor @ 1735 RPM and directly coupled to Windsmith 30 to 1 gear reducer for final agitator speed of 57 RPM.
Twin covers hinged from bridge, mounted on three interconnected legs on two sides with floor pads on each leg.
