Description:  One pre owned Lee 100 Gallon Double Motion Processor.  Unit features 316 Stainless Steel contact parts, National Board rated Vessel for vacuum to 75 PSI at temperatures from -20 to 300 DegreesF.
Approx: 40" Diameter X 20" Straight side with dish bottom, dome top mounted pneumatically operated tilting bridge with drive and counter rotating scraper agitator for complete tilt out movement.  
Lid and vessel body secure with 18 swing mounted manually operated thread down closures, agitator mechanical shaft seal, cover has four 2", two 3" inlets and tri-clamp connections and one 6" port with side glass, electropolished internal finish with flush temperature well and center bottom discharge with Lee fluids flow manually operated ball valve and 2" Tri Clamp connection with 16" Floor clearance.
Mounted in floor frame 96"Long X 48"W with push handle and six 8" locking casters with locking swivel.
77" total height and 96" ceiling needed with cover in full open position.  
2 HP inverter duty gear head motor by Reliance direct coupled to factory 4 to 1 double motion gear box for APX final agitator speed of 25 RPM, 230/460 Volts, 3 Phase.
Motor is rated for hazardous locations by Underwriters Laboratories under class 1/groups C & D and class II/groups E,F & G.  
New in 2003 with factory improvements in 2004.  Furnished with new agitator scrappers.
