Description: One pre owned Groen 40 Gallon agitated jacketed tilting kettle.
Unit features 316 stainless steel product contact parts, twin agitation system with scraper agitator with hinged nylon finger scrappers and secondary paddle agitator bridge mounted with variable speed drive.
agitator tilts out with pneumatic cylinder and control valve.
kettle is trunion mounted with manually operated tilting, kettle has front pouring lip.
kettle body is fully insulated with jacket for 150 PSI @ 360 DegF, Vessle is 28 Inch diameter X 22 Inch deep with 1.5 Inch center bottom discharge and Lee fluids flow flush seating ball valve with 16 Inch floor clearance (to top of floor frame).
two opposing covers hinged at mixer bridge, agitator is driven by Sterling 1.5 Hp variable speed drive.
716 to 2160 RPM and reduced to operating speed by Groen Gear box.
230/460 Volt, 3 Phase Voltage, Stainless steel floor frame 43 Inches wide X 46 Inches deep @ 7 inches high.
