Description: One pre owned Surekap SK6000 BF6-58 Capper. Rated at up to 200 bottle per minute depending upon lid diameter. Unique belt feed for sorting and orienting lids with extra large 10cf hopper and cap elevator. Adjustable bottle gripper belt width and height for varying bottle sizes. Handles caps from 38 to 100mm wide. Triple spindle sets (two sets of mechanical) of clutches for increased torque control. Controls include On/Off, Estop and variable speed controls for the following: cleated vertical conveyor, belt feed, spindle speed and bottle gripper belt speed. Heavy duty stainless steel frame. C-Frame design for easy integration with your conveyor. Easy to adjust cap chute allows for quick changeovers. Convenient height adjustment allows handling a range of container up one gallon. Casters for portability. Leveling feet. 120 Volts, 60 Hz, 1 Phase.
