Unused HEAT Austria TNV-7,500 Thermal Oxidizer System with integrated Zeolite Rotor VOC Concentration technology designed for the destruction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from industrial process exhaust streams. The system utilizes a Zeolite Rotor Concentrator to capture and concentrate low-concentration VOC emissions from large air volumes before directing the concentrated VOC stream to the thermal oxidizer for destruction. This design significantly reduces fuel consumption compared to direct oxidation systems while maintaining high destruction efficiencies. The package includes a recuperative heat exchanger, combustion chamber, induced draft fans, process ducting, exhaust stack, burner management controls, and ABB-based control system housed within an electrical control enclosure.
