USED HARPER GU-6D60-RTA-24

Used Harper Rotary Calciner, Model: GU-6D60-RTA-24, Serial number: AT044, features a 6" diameter tube x 10' long. Rated Max Operating Temp: 2,400 F, Rated Max RPM: 10. Tube material HT-Alloy. It is indirect gas fired, includes complete gas train and fresh air blower. Equipped with 3 burners, 1/2 HP Lesson gear reduced DC tube drive, chain and sprocket driven, and 1.5 HP fresh air blower for gas train manufactured by Eclipse Turbo Blower, built in 1995. The feed end is equipped with Acrison variable speed auger feeder, Acrison Model: 105-D, 1" auger. Both ends have enclosed hoods and flex bellows with nitrogen purge control system. Furnace has manual hydraulic piston adjustable tilt. One spare processing HT tube is included. There is no temperature control panel and discharge container.

Feeding system:
The feed end is equipped with feed hopper and Acrison variable speed auger feeder, Acrison Model: 105-D, 1" auger.

Tube and tube drive:
1/2 HP Lesson gear reduced DC tube drive, chain and sprocket driven. Tube is 6” ID HT alloy. There is also one spare tube.

Indirect NG heating system:
Indirect gas fired furnace which includes complete natural gas train and fresh air blower. Equipped with 3 burners and refractory insulation, 3 flue gas exhaust openings at the top of furnace, 1.5 HP air blower for gas train manufactured by Eclipse Turbo Blower.

Purge and seals:
Both ends have enclosed hoods, flex bellows and nitrogen purge control system. Viewing window at discharge hood. Bellows have replacement graphite seal with grove for nitrogen purge gas.
