Used Myer triple shaft vacuum mixer, model V550/500EH-15-25, 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces, with high speed paddle blade driven by 25 hp motor, anchor agitator with bottom and sidewall scrappers driven by 15 hp motor, XP rated motors, auxiliary shaft driven by same motor as anchor agitator (less mixing element), motor are mechanically variable speed, mounted on approximately 100 gallon 304 stainless steel tank, approximately 30" diameter x 36" straight side, dish top, flat bottom, vacuum rated internal, jacketed for 14 psi, dual post mounted with hydraulic lift pump, hp, serial# 977, built 1988.
