How The System Functions:

Bulk Feeding: A large overhead hopper drops bulk product down onto a central vibratory dispersion cone
Radial Distribution: Vibratory linear feed pans push the product outward into 20 separate holding pools
The "Combination" Math: Product drops into 20 individual weigh buckets below. The system's central processor instantly analyzes the exact weight in every single bucket. It picks the mathematical combination (usually 3 to 4 buckets together) that gets closest to your target package weight without going under
Filling & Sealing: Those specific buckets release their gates simultaneously, dumping the perfect dose down a funnel into an open bag waiting below on the pouch filler. The bagger seals the pouch using heat or a continuous band sealer, readying it for retail shipment
