OVERVIEW
Used 2018 Columbia Type MPH-40 packaged low-pressure steam boiler, rated 40 boiler horsepower, built by Columbia Boiler Company of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Horizontal three-pass, wet-base firetube design (Columbia data sheet), nameplate-rated for 15 PSI steam / 30 PSI water maximum allowable working pressure. Natural gas fired at 1,680,000 BTU/hr input with a Power Flame JR30A-13 forced-draft gas burner, delivering 1,378 lbs/hr of steam. Comes with water column and gauge glass, low-water cutoff, steam pressure gauge, steam stop valve, and a full gas train with regulator. 115V / 60 Hz, 15 amps or less. Located at our Miami Warehouse and ready for inspection.

Well suited to low-pressure process steam, building and campus heating, institutional and hospital steam plants, humidification, laundries and dry cleaners, and food and beverage processing.
