USED 2013 BUFLOVAK 6" X 8" ADDD

Buflovak Atmospheric Double Drum Dryer, Model 6" x 8" ADDD, features twin chrome-plated drying drums measuring approximately 6" diameter x 8" face, providing approximately 2 square feet of drying surface area. Product is fed through an adjustable feed trough and distributed across the heated drum surfaces where moisture is rapidly evaporated before being removed by the doctor blade assembly. The dryer is mounted on a stainless steel frame with safety guards and includes integrated steam and condensate piping, variable speed drum drive, and product collection chute. Equipped with a 1/2 HP Leeson Washguard motor, Nord gear reducer, and Baldor VS1MX variable frequency drive for adjustable drum speed and process control. Suitable for drying slurries, suspensions, purees, pastes, starches, food ingredients, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and specialty products.
