USED NITROGEN GENERATOR N-50-T

Unused nitrogen membrane system delivering 500-1,000 SCFH, complete with a 3-stage filtration system. The design of this system is based on manually starting and stopping the generator. The system includes a flow control valve that maintains nitrogen flow (and therefore purity) even when the product pressure varies.

The N-50-T nitrogen generator is intended for use in applications that require 95-99.9995% nitrogen at pressures up to 165 psig. The nitrogen pressure can be increased by operating the system in tandem with a nitrogen booster. Typical applications for the N-50-T include electronics manufacturing, MAP packaging, heat treating, laser-assisted gas, chemical blanketing, labs, and countless other commercial nitrogen applications. The generator comes complete with a programmable logic controller, touch screen, pressure transducer, exhaust mufflers, valves, oxygen sensor, and pre-filtration.
